I worked with Tim twice. The first time was that I bought a house in San Diego where he assisted with the mortgage stuffs, the second was that I did the refinance to my house.
My house mortgage case was very complicated, because I was an international buyer who required my family oversea to prove my ability to pay the mortgage. Things like translating between two different languages and dealing with banks in two different national systems were really convoluted. Yet Tim and I successfully worked through many barriers and finally came to close the deal. He showed his effectiveness, energy, and profession.
Tim is very responsible. He was proud of being able to close the clients' deals in 21 days (most agents do 30 days), but because of my mistakes he was not able to make this goal. But he took the responsibility and used his money to cover some of the expenses on the closure. (I decided not to use that money). And yet, we made it in 27 days, which is really an accomplishment. .
Tim has the ability to find best deals. In the second, refinance case, the mortgage interest rate he gave me was much higher than that given by other banks. But it was an excellent deal for two reasons. Firstly I didn't pay anything for the deal closing except for $250 for some escrow service, and secondly I got a ~$8000 refund from various terms. The deal was exceptionally great!
